Your high school exams are complete, graduation parties for your friends heading off to college are winding down and you are officially on summer break. You did it. Done with your junior year – only your senior year left to go. Long, sunny summer days are before you and now is the time to fill those moments with everything you hope to do before starting your senior year full of college visits and big life decisions. I encourage you to take a few moments, sit down and write out your summer bucket list. Then post it somewhere prominent, like your bathroom mirror, so that it will not be ignored. Not only will this bucket list serve as a reminder of all the goals you have before schools starts again, but it will give you a jumping off point for the days where you feel as though you have nothing to do.
To help get you started, here are some things to get you thinking. Feel free to share you bucket list in the comment section below!
I realize that it may seem a little early too do schedule your senior pictures (after all, school hasn’t even started), But trust me, senior portrait dates fill up FAST, especially in the fall time! If you wait, there is no guarantee that there will be enough space open. I have very few summer and fall dates avaialable so head over here to let me know you are interested in senior portraits with me and I can fill you in on the process!
